The County of Grande Prairie and the Town of Beaverlodge are holding a joint Council meeting with a Public Hearing to consider adopting the IDP.

A Public Hearing is a public meeting where there is a presentation explaining the proposed IDP, members of the public have the opportunity to speak to support or oppose the proposed IDP, and Council deliberates the merits of the proposal and may choose to adopt it as a bylaw.

To finalize the work of creating Intermunicipal Development Plans (IDPs) between the County of Grande Prairie and the Town of Beaverlodge, a drop-in style open house is being held for residents who have questions or would like to provide feedback into this planning document. 

4:30 -6:30 pm at the Beaverlodge Recreation Centre

 All are invited to share ideas on growth related issues including opportunities and constraints for
future development and potential land uses within the IDP plan area. Your input is important to help
shape the vision and development of the IDP!
