Key Dates

The Public Hearing will take place from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Teresa Sargent Hall in the Montrose Cultural Centre (9839 103 Ave, Grande Prairie).

The City of Grande Prairie and County of Grande Prairie invite community members to a joint public hearing on October 15, 2024, regarding the draft Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP). 

During the hearing, City and County Council will have the chance to ask questions about the draft IDP. Community members are also invited to share their opinions on the proposed plan. After the public hearing, each Council will review the feedback and decide on the approval of the draft IDP during their regular Council meetings.

Public Open House

Community members are invited to a public open house to review the final version of the draft IDP. The session is drop-in format and open to everyone to attend. 

The open house take place:
