Looking for a fun outdoor activity for the family?

The County of Grande Prairie’s FCSS department has just the thing to keep you busy and help you explore the region: The County of Grande Prairie Family Scavenger Hunt!

Starting Monday, May 25, we will be releasing clues each week that will take you to different destinations around the region. These clues will be shared on our Facebook and Twitter accounts and posted on this page. The final set of clues will be released on Monday, June 29.

You can earn additional entries into the prize draw for each photo of the Scavenger Hunt sites as part of your contest entry form. Photos may be used in a post-event collage and in future County marketing and promotional materials.

Once all the clues have been released, return to this page to complete the entry form to be entered into a draw for a family activity gift basket. The deadline to enter is 11:59 p.m. on July 11, 2020.

Be sure to take pictures of your explorations by posting on social media tagging the County and by using the Scavenger Hunt hashtag: #explorecountyofgp.

Contest Rules:

• Contest is open to County of Grande Prairie residents only
• Deadline for submissions is July 11, 2020, at 11:59 pm
• Participants must respect social distancing guidelines while in a public space
• All participants must live in the same household
• No profanity or obscene gestures in the photos
• Each uploaded photo will receive an additional entry into the prize draw
