The Five Mile Design Charrette is an intensive engagement process which occurs over a four-day period that progresses the project from a visioning stage through to a final conceptual design. This dynamic process brings varying stakeholder groups to the table all together to discuss their needs and vision for the site. The design team will take the information and create a site plan that intends to capture the vision and ideas from the stakeholder groups. After the four days, the intent is to have a preferred design that has the majority of support from those who participated in the charrette.
